The Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund assists residents who are living in poverty find permanent housing. Executive Director Annissa Lambirth-Garrett oversees the daily operations and the $35 million dollar budget.

At least two motions were carried but wasn’t able to hear the discussion. Ms. Boardman will address the board of directors. She couldn’t hear much of the discussion either.
