The PURPOSE of the Council is to participate as an advisory and lobbying body on issues of concern to our Neighborhood Council and in the governance of the City of Los Angeles. The Council is formed to engage in the civic, cultural, public and charitable and any or all purposes in which it is permitted to be conducted, or participated in, by Neighborhood Councils formed pursuant to Article IX of the Charter and Administrative Code of the City of Los Angeles.
