The City of Atlanta Commission on Aging is tasked with addressing the issues and concerns of the aging population in Atlanta. Members serve on an ongoing basis to address the special needs of the elderly as they relate to, but are not limited to, traffic and transportation (pedestrian walks, traffic signals, etc.), sanitation services, public safety issues, recreation services, housing, and social support services.

The City of Atlanta Commission on Aging is tasked with addressing the issues and concerns of the aging population in Atlanta. Members serve on an ongoing basis to address the special needs of the elderly as it relates to but not limited to, traffic and transportation (pedestrian walks, traffic signals, etc.), sanitation services, public safety issues, recreation services, housing and social support services.

A regular meeting of the full Commission is held on the third Tuesday of every month unless otherwise ordered by the Commission in advance. All meetings are open to the public. Meetings begin at 10:00 am and are held in the Conference Room at C.T. Martin Natatorium and Recreation Center. It is located at 3201 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30311.
