Welcome to the Los Angeles City Council Annual Budget Hearings by the Budget and Finance Committee. During the annual budget deliberations, this committee discusses background information provided to the City Council regarding the Mayor’s Proposed Fiscal Year Budget. During the Annual Budget Hearing process this page is updated regularly with agendas, memos, reports, and summaries of the actions taken by the Budget and Finance Committee and City Council. Following completion of budget hearings, the recommendations of the Budget & Finance Committee are forwarded directly to the full City Council for consideration.
